Damages and issues
GLAM N GO LLC is NOT responsible for any damaged product. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products all sales final! There are no refunds, no store credit, or exchanges.

Shipping Policy
Glam N Go offers free standard shipping on all orders over $99
Processing is 1-2 business days.
Standard shipping is 3-5 business days.
Express 2-3 business days $15 - Free with all orders over $199
Damages
Glam N Go LLC is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible via email info@shopglamngo.com
We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
